STORE SPECIFIC CHANGES ON BASE SITES

If you are on a free base site, and need to change any of the store specific data (such as physical store address, phone/fax numbers or email address) which appears in the upper right corner of your landing page, you must contact Firespring via email to make those changes. Changes made to the Administrative Area via the Springboard only change the data maintained at the Home Office. Such changes do not mirror themselves in the store specific information in the upper right of base level store sites. Contact Firespring via email to: support@firespring.com
Store owners who are on a paid option have the ability to make those changes themselves without first having to contact Firespring and transmiting the information to them.
