Conference set to introduce technology developments in printing

The 5th annual Digital Printing Presses Conference will be taking place this year in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is a presentation by the Information Management Institute.

The event will allow those who work in the commercial printing companies and manufacturing industry to find out some of its latest technology developments, talk about challenges they face, and share solutions.

The conference is due to feature several expert speakers from technology companies, ink manufacturers, and associations such as the Printing Industries of America. Some topics of discussion will be ‘The evolving printing industry’ and ‘Emerging markets and opportunities: product decoration and functional printing’. There will also be discussions about 3D printing, smart labels, and on-demand printing.

Other events taking place during the conference include a suppliers' forum, product displays and demonstrations, and two networking receptions. Exhibitors will be displaying the newest digital printing products and the latest in printing presses. All those who register for the conference will also receive a reference binder, CD, and a copy of ‘The Numbers - Worldwide Digital Printing Market Report’.

The two networking receptions will give attendees the opportunity to share their expertise and advice with their business peers. There will be plenty of chances to briefly discuss their own company and to exchange digital business cards.

The Digital Printing Presses Conference will take place at the Saguaro Scottsdale from April 30 to May 2. Conference fees are $1,095 per person. To find out more, or to register, call 207-235-2225.
