Fall convention to have everything in one package

Label Expo Americas is taking place for three days this September in Rosemont, Illinois. It is aimed at those who work in the label and packaging industries, as well as those printing companies that provide the finished product.

A major part of the convention will be the trade expo, which is set to take place over all three days. This will be where attendees can view the latest in label machinery and printing presses, while also getting a look at the raw materials necessary and watching working demonstrations.

The event will feature panel discussions, an editorial and converter, workshops, and seminars. Those attending can choose from two streams of seminars each day, with the first day offering a choice between digital printing (which includes discussion about inkjet technology) and design and branding. Day two’s options are label trends and package printing. Attendees can also attend a package printing workshop.

Networking is sure be a big part of this convention and guests will be given breaks during the day to visit the expo and interact with their peers. It is very likely that many of those who plan to attend will be making sure they have enough digital business cards to trade by placing a new order with their local printer.
