NAQP conference just the job for small commercial printers

The National Association of Quick Printers (NAQP) Owners Conference is taking place in Nashville, Tennessee next month, lasting four days.

The conference is set to bring management issues to the forefront and allow commercial printing companies share their strategies and solutions to issues that face everyone in the industry. It will consist of a range of speakers, a reception, several luncheons, hands-on sessions, panel discussions, and a supplier showcase.

The keynote speaker for the event is David Avrin, who will be holding a discussion called ‘It's not who you know, it's who knows you: how to build your business by building your brand’. Other speakers and topics expected to be discussed are ‘Are you ready to buy or sell?’ presented by Mitch Evans and ‘Direct mail to the max’ with Trish Witkowski.

Included in the itinerary is the Pyxis conference, which is reserved for those commercial or digital printers with annual sales of over $2m. There will also be a side trip to the Grand Ole Opry on November 9, for which tickets cost $7. Aside from the information print company representatives will no doubt glean from being in attendance, the conference is also likely to act as a networking opportunity.

The NAQP Owners Conference is being held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort from November 7-10. Fees are $695 for the first person, $615 for each additional person, and $250 for any guest registered through the Companion Program. Taking part in the Pyxis portion of the event costs $150 extra.
