PRIMIRy reasons to be in Chicago next month
The Print Industries Market Information and Research Organization (PRIMIR) is holding its 2013 Winter Meeting in just over a month’s time in Chicago.
The three-day assembly will report on the findings of recently completed studies on such matters as global markets for the print industry and how packaging is developing in areas like Latin America and South Asia. The results will be presented to those in attendance and then members will have the opportunity to discuss them at length.
All those in attendance can also take part in brainstorming sessions and PRIMIR Task Force meetings, with topics including label and tag printing, as well as commercial printing procedures.
In addition, there will be several social events, such as breakfasts, lunches, a networking reception, and a holiday reception and dinner. Guests will also have the chance to take a tour with The Garvey Group.
The meeting should act as an important networking event for those employed by printing companies and will likely attract people from all over the United States who are interested in learning about the latest information and trends about their industry.
PRIMIR and Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies (NPES) members are encouraged to register for the meeting before November 26. Hotel accommodation is available, but rooms must be booked by this Friday, November 8.
