Upcoming conference provides lowdown on UV printing

The 7th annual Print UV Conference is taking place in Las Vegas for three days this March, carrying a theme of ‘keep calm and cure on’.

The conference will feature several guest speakers, networking receptions, and an executive round table panel. It will largely be aimed at those who work for printing companies and suppliers who wish to learn more about UV printing and all of its aspects. There will also be discussion about UV print initiatives and how it will affect the future of printing. The keynote speaker will be Marco Boer, who will provide the results of the Global UV Market Study.

Other topics of conversation will include ‘New offset technology: the good, the bad and the profitable’ and ‘Bringing it all together: marketing new processes to your customers’. There are also expected to be displays of UV sheet-fed printers, all of which suggests that guests should go away from the conference with a much better understanding of UV printing.

Conference fees will include lunches, dinners, and two networking receptions. Guests at the welcome reception will be served cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Those attending can also play golf on the first day of the event, although green fees are not covered.

The Print UV Conference 2014 is taking place from March 2 to 4 at the Wynn Las Vegas. Conference fees are $1,295. The welcome networking reception will commence at 6:00 pm on the opening day.
