Bob Titus – CEO
Bob Titus is Minuteman Press International CEO and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He is the son of company founder Roy Titus. Bob began his career with Minuteman Press at our very first store in Plainview, NY. He then went on to start up our prototype store in Farmingdale, New York.
Once Minuteman Press International began franchising, Bob was assigned increasingly responsible positions and responsibilities. He became a Regional Vice President and he opened and ran our Fort Lauderdale, Florida Regional Office. After a successful tenure in Florida, Bob was moved north where he then served as our Regional Vice President at our Mississauga Regional Office. After his Canadian tour of duty, Bob returned to the Home Office where he became the principal assistant to his father. Bob was also President of Minuteman Press International from 1995 to 2019.
Nick Titus – President
Nick Titus is President of Minuteman Press International, responsible for leading all aspects of the Minuteman Press franchise system. Previously, Nick was Vice President of Marketing, spearheading the marketing initiatives for several departments from 2016 until his promotion to President in 2020.
Nick is the grandson of founder Roy Titus and son of Bob Titus. He started working at the Minuteman Press Home Office during summer and winter breaks throughout high school and college. After graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2007 with a degree in Business Management, Nick joined the Minuteman Press team full-time working in the areas of franchise sales and marketing. Today, Nick has the unique distinction of being the third-generation President of Minuteman Press International, which remains a family-owned company.
Gary James Rockwell - Executive Vice President
Gary James Rockwell is Executive Vice President of Minuteman Press International. After graduating Sonoma State University in 1993, Gary started his career with Minuteman Press. His father, Gary, Sr., was business partners with Minuteman Press co-founder Roy Titus in multiple businesses leading up to and including Minuteman Press. Gary started out as a Marketing Representative working in regions throughout the world in building the company. In 1998, he was promoted to Vice President and in 2019 he was promoted to Executive Vice President.
Michael Jutt – Executive Vice President & Director of Training
Mike Jutt is Executive Vice President & Director of Training of Minuteman Press International, having been promoted to Executive Vice President in 2003. Mike started his career with Minuteman Press in 1974 as a press operator in our Farmingdale location. Prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President, Mike was Vice President & Director of Training, and had held that title for over 25 years.
Mike is responsible for oversight of the training program administered at the Home Office, and was the recipient of numerous awards for the original design and implementation of the award-winning Minuteman Press International training program. Mike is also responsible for the continuous updating and refinement of the training program so that it reflects the changing state-of-the-art in our industry.
In addition to his training related responsibilities, Mike is responsible for monitoring technical evolutions in our industry, in-house research and development, as well as vendor relationships. Over the decades, his advice has served the best interests of franchises worldwide. Mike is well-versed in all aspects of our industry, particularly in the areas of marketing, production, pricing, equipment, as well as operational and financial management.
Matt Peretz - Senior Vice President - Operations & Business Development
Matt Peretz is the SVP, Operations & Business Development. From 2012 to 2017, Matt served as Regional Vice President in the St. Louis and Minnesota regions, providing crucial support to franchise owners. In 2018, Matt was promoted to the Home Office in Farmingdale, NY, where he works alongside the Support Team focusing on systemwide sales growth. Matt joined Minuteman Press as a Field Support Representative in 2008. He started in the printing industry as a prepress technician at a CD/DVD replication company, where he was quickly promoted to a direct sales position. This is where he found his passion for sales and marketing. Matt spent many years running a commercial financing company specializing in SBA loans and commercial real estate financing. Matt is an accomplished operation and sales executive with a history of driving sustainable growth, business efficiencies, and an exceptional customer experience.
Gary Titus – Senior Vice President
Gary is Senior Vice President of Minuteman Press Int’l, Inc. and the youngest son of our founder, Roy Titus, and is also on the Board of Directors. Gary started working in the first two Minuteman Press locations during summer school breaks as early as 1975. After graduating in 1982, he went to work full-time at our headquarters. He worked in various departments, including running our in-house print facility. He then worked as a Marketing Representative traveling to all of our Regional offices working with franchisees and their staff to help build their sales. Gary was promoted to Vice President in 1987 and elevated to Senior Vice President in 1996. Gary has traveled extensively while assisting with the administration of corporate sales activities around the globe. Gary’s focus has always been on the growth of our franchisees as well as the growth of our company.
Michelle R. Grover, Chief Financial Officer
Michelle R. Grover joined Minuteman Press International as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in January 2020. As CFO, Michelle is responsible for all financial aspects of Minuteman Press International Incorporated worldwide operations.
Prior to joining Minuteman Press International, Michelle was the Chief Financial Officer of Elite Promotional Marketing where she was responsible for the overall financial management and human resources of the company. Prior to that she was also the CFO of Welcome Wagon International, Division Controller of Move, Inc., and Corporate Controller of Misonix, Inc.
Michelle began her career and worked as an audit manager for KPMG, LLP. Michelle is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of New York and holds a BS degree in Accounting from Long Island University. She resides in Melville with her family and enjoys skiing, cycling and spending time with her three children.
Stanley M. Katz - Senior Financial Advisor
Stanley Katz is Senior Financial Advisor and a member of the Minuteman Press International Board of Directors. He was Chief Financial Officer until January 2020 where he managed all financial aspects, including accounting and taxes, of Minuteman Press International Incorporated worldwide operations. After earning his B.S. degree in accounting from Pace University in NYC, he worked in public accounting and became a partner in Leonard Pickard & Company, Certified Public Accountants, the outside accounting firm that handled all of Minuteman Press International Incorporated’s accounting and tax work. He came on board as a full time employee in 1990.
Jackie Titus – Controller
Jackie Titus is Controller of Minuteman Press International. Jackie is the granddaughter of founder Roy Titus and daughter of Bob Titus. Jackie started working at the Home Office during summer and winter breaks throughout high school and college. After graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2009, Jackie joined the Minuteman Press team full-time working in the accounting department processing foreign royalties and foreign and domestic payables, and also does administrative functions with Minuteman Press International, Inc. In 2017, Jackie was promoted to her current position of Controller.
Kerry Lynn Prusi – Office Manager / Travel Coordinator
Kerry Lynn Prusi is Office Manager / Travel Coordinator for Minuteman Press International. Kerry skillfully manages the travel arrangements for all Minuteman Press International employees as well as new franchise owners coming to training school. She also oversees Human Resources for the company. She joined Minuteman Press in 1983 as an Administrative Assistant, and in a few short years she was promoted to her current role of Office Manager / Travel Coordinator.
Jay Feldman – Managing Director of Finance and Audit
Jay Feldman is Managing Director of Finance and Audit for Minuteman Press International, Inc. Jay began at Minuteman Press International in August of 2008 after 22 years with IBM. His financial experience involves, but is not limited to treasury, financing, accounting, planning, pricing, auditing, taxation and forecasting. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the prestigious University of Chicago.
Jim Hill – Vice President
Jim Hill is Vice President of Minuteman Press International. With over 20 years of industry experience, Jim started joined the company in 2000 as a Field Representative. In 2008, Jim was promoted to Area Manager providing field support for our Long Island stores, while also assisting with Store Evaluations in several other regions. In 2013, Jim was again promoted to Vice President to take on more responsibilities working with Minuteman Press franchise owners across the USA.
Pete Taglino – Co-Director of Training
Pete Taglino is Co-Director of Training for Minuteman Press International. Pete works at the Minuteman Press Training Center located at our Home Office in Farmingdale, NY, where he provides comprehensive training to new franchisees. Additionally, Pete is a member of the Graphics Committee, and he also works with various vendors.
Pete first started with Minuteman Press in 1984 as a Press Operator at a Long Island franchise. In 2004, he was hired as the local Field Representative based out of the Home Office. After supporting franchise owners in his area for 4 years, he was promoted to Co-Director of Training in 2008.
Terry Eberhardt – General Manager - MMP Supply Co.
Terry Eberhardt is General Manager of MMP Supply Co. Terry started with Minuteman Press International in September 1994 as a printing press mechanic in the refurbishing department and was then promoted to Lead Mechanic in 2001. In 2017, he was promoted to his current role.
Brendan Reilly – Manager of Vendor Services
Brendan Reilly is Manager of Vendor Services for Minuteman Press International, responsible for overseeing all aspects of vendor relationships for the company. Brendan was first hired by Minuteman Press in 1990, when he came on board to run the in-house printing facility at the Home Office. After about two years as our in-house printer, Brendan became a local Field Representative in 1992, and was then made Assistant Director of Training in 1993. He was promoted to Manager of Vendor Services in 2008. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International, Brendan, who holds a degree in Graphic Arts Technology from SUNY-Farmingdale, worked for eight years for a small commercial printing company based on Long Island.
Brian Sisti – Marketing Director
Brian Sisti is Marketing Director of Minuteman Press International, responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs for different aspects of the company. Brian first joined Minuteman Press full-time in 2006 as Marketing Representative after graduating from Hofstra University. In 2014, Brian was promoted to Area Manager for the Long Island region, assisting Long Island franchise owners in the growth of their business. In 2019, Brian was elevated to his current role of Marketing Director.
Christopher Multari – Information Technology Manager
Chris Multari is Information Technology Manager for Minuteman Press International. He first joined the company in 2002 to help with the support and development of MSS2000, after earning his degree in Computer Science from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. In the years following, Chris has been heavily involved in the development, support, and deployment of FOCUS, FLEX, the Internet Marketing Program, and many other projects. In addition to the projects used by the Minuteman Press owners, Chris also manages the internal network, desktops, servers, and other IT infrastructure at the Minuteman Press Home Office.
Ed Denninger – Information Technology Developer
Ed Denninger is Information Technology Developer for Minuteman Press International. Ed joined the company in 2007 and works to develop and support the FLEX software system. Ed helped launch our Internet Marketing Programs, where he works to grow the online presence for our franchise owners through online marketing, email, and lead generation strategies. Ed is also involved in the maintenance, management, and integration of the internal IT systems at the Minuteman Press Home Office. Ed graduated from Drew University in Madison, NJ with a degree in Computer Science.
Tom Carnesi – Co-Director of Training
Tom Carnesi is Co-Director of Training, where he trains new Minuteman Press franchise owners on how to best run their business. Prior to being elevated to his current role in 2021, Tom worked as National Support Specialist from 2019-2020, working closely with the Executive Team to provide crucial support throughout the Minuteman Press franchise system. He also originally started out as a Field Representative for the Long Island region, offering ongoing local support to franchisees.
Duncan Diesel - Manager of Franchise Support
Duncan Diesel is the Manager of Franchise Support working at our corporate headquarters and providing crucial support and guidance to franchise owners across the system. Prior to his promotion to his current role in 2022, Duncan spent 15 years in South Africa as both an Area Manager and Field Representative.
Rich Hartz – Manager of Franchise Support
Rich Hartz works at our corporate headquarters as Manager of Franchise Support, supporting franchise owners across the United States. He began his career with Minuteman Press in 2016 as a Field Support Representative, supporting store owners in Eastern Pennsylvania, Central and Southern New Jersey and Delaware to help their businesses grow. Before his time with Minuteman Press, Rich graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Communications in 2010 and then began working in the commercial printing sector of the industry, providing high profile clients with branded packaging solutions, digital and wide format printing.
BillieJean Ford – Account Coordinator
BillieJean Ford is Account Coordinator for Minuteman Press International. She began with Minuteman Press as Administrative Assistant in 2015 before being elevated to her current role in 2021. Among BillieJean's responsibilities are invoicing, collections, payment processing, and vendor ads for Minuteman Press International's monthly magazine, The World of Minuteman.

Warrick Brody – Area Manager - NSW and QLD, Australia
Warrick Brody became Area Manager for NSW and QLD, Australia in 2019. Previously, he was Field Representative.
Dan Byers – Regional Vice President - Southern California Region
Dan Byers is Regional Vice President responsible for guiding and supporting franchise owners located in Southern California. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in January 2001. Previously he was a Marketing Representative for the franchise from August 1998 to December 2000. Before joining the corporation, he was involved with compliance issues in the NCAA at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas from January 1997 to August 1998, and was a Graduate Assistant Football Coach at UNLV from August 1995 until January of 1997. Dan is a graduate of Stanford University.
Keith Cawley – Regional Vice President - Heartland Region
Keith Cawley is Regional Vice President for the Heartland Region that runs from Minnesota through Missouri and North Dakota through Kansas. It also includes Southern Illinois and Western Tennessee. With ink in his veins since he was 16 years old, Keith began work as a press-operator at his father’s print shop. His skills improved over 14 years to the point where he operated his own print shop before moving on to a large commercial shop working on 6 and 7 color presses. That was before Keith applied for a position with Minuteman Press International in Washington, DC as a Field Representative, a position he assumed in February 2003. Keith previously was Regional Vice President in Minnesota from 2009-2012, and Regional Vice President for Atlanta from 2013-2017.
Glenn Coyle – Regional Vice President - Western & Southern Australia
Glenn Coyle is Regional Vice President for Western & Southern Australia, supporting franchisees in his region. Glenn was promoted to his current position in 2019. Glenn started his career with Minuteman Press International in 2004 after working 22 years in the printing industry. Glenn joined Minuteman Press as Field Representative based in Sydney and supported franchisees in various sections of Australia including Queensland and Western Australia. He was promoted to Area Manager in 2010 and then elevated to Regional Vice President in 2019. Based out of our Perth Office, Glenn has worked to support franchise owners throughout Western Australia.
Rich DeRosa II - Regional Vice President - Northern Ohio
Rich DeRosa is Regional Vice President for the Northern Ohio region, supporting franchise owners across the region. Rich attended the University of Akron studying graphic design and business administration. He joined Minuteman Press International in June 2015 as a Field Representative and was promoted to Area Manager in 2019, then promoted again to Regional Vice President in 2022.
Jim Galasso – Regional Vice President - CT/NJ/NY (Greater Tri-State Area) and Upstate New York
Jim Galasso is Regional Vice President for the Greater Tri-State Area as well as Upstate New York. Jim has spent his entire business career with Minuteman Press International. He began his career back in 1973 as a press-operator in our first store with Bob Titus. He has consistently moved up the ranks, ultimately achieving his present position of Regional Vice President. Jim is responsible for supporting our franchise owners in Southwestern Connecticut, Westchester County-NY, upstate New York, and northern New Jersey.
Mark Geller – Senior Support Specialist – Florida Region
Mark Geller is Senior Support Specialist based our of our Florida Regional Office. Mark began his career in the printing industry in 1985. Early in his career, he was involved with print production and management, going on to become a partner in a printing company for nine years. Just prior to joining Minuteman Press International in 2006 as a Field Representative, he worked as a Sales and Technical Representative for both a graphics supply distributor and an ink and press chemical company. In 2020, Mark was promoted to Senior Support Specialist, providing crucial guidance and support to franchises.
Todd Golberg – Regional Vice President - New England
Todd Golberg was promoted to Regional Vice President of the New England Region in 2022. In his current role, Todd provides ongoing guidance and support to owners across his region. He originally joined Minuteman Press International as a Field Representative in Colorado in 2017 and was then promoted to Area Manager in 2020. After serving in the United States Army where he was deployed to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Todd earned his degrees in graphic design and print production technology. Since graduating in 1996, Todd has worked in the sign and print industry as a graphic designer and marketing specialist, including owning a sign and printing business for the 10 years prior to joining Minuteman Press.
Bob Heimbuch – Regional Vice President - Mid-Atlantic and Pittsburgh, PA
Bob Heimbuch is the Regional Vice President assigned to the Baltimore Regional Office, and he has held that position since 2000. Immediately prior, Bob was the Vice President based out of our Regional Office in Slough, England; a position he held from 1997-2000. Bob is responsible for assisting our franchise owners located in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pittsburgh / Western Pennsylvania. Prior to relocating to England, Bob was a Field Representative, based out of our Towson-Maryland Office. He served as a Field Representative from November 1990 to December 1996.
Mark Jones – Regional Vice President - South UK/London
Mark Jones is Regional Vice President based out of our UK South Regional Office, working to support franchise owners throughout the United Kingdom. With 20 years of experience in the printing industry, Mark started his career with Minuteman Press International in April of 2007. Working closely with his franchise owners as a Field Representative, he was subsequently promoted to his current position of Area Manager in January of 2012 and Regional Vice President in 2019.
Chris Jutt – Regional Vice President - Pacific Northwest
As of August 2016, Chris Jutt is Regional Vice President for the Pacific Northwest region. He is instrumental in growing the franchise business in WA, OR & ID. Previously, he was Area Manager for New South Wales and Queensland, Australia. In 2009, he began his career with Minuteman Press as a Field Marketing Representative, assisting franchise owners in New York.
Jayson Kraus – Area Manager - Pacific Northwest
Jayson Kraus is Area Manager for the Pacific Northwest region, a position he has held since January 2013. Jayson joined Minuteman Press International in March 2006 as a Field Representative in Northwest covering the states of WA, OR & ID before being promoted to Area Manager. Jayson has worked in the printing industry since 1986 starting as a Design and Production artist. In 1989, Jayson bought Professional Printers and operated it for eight years before selling in 1997. After selling his shop, Jayson was buying and selling printing equipment. He then worked for a commercial shop as the Lead Estimator for the Sales team, and assisted the Production Manager before moving to the State of Washington and joining Minuteman Press.
Ray Leung, Senior Support Specialist, Vancouver/Western Canada
Ray Leung is Senior Support Specialist for Western Canada, being promoted to the role in December 2020. Previously, he was Field Representative supporting franchisees across the region. Ray started his career working as an apprentice on Heidelberg offset printing presses as well as attending the Emily Carr Art Institute for Design Training. He has also worked as a Planner in a large commercial print shop. Ray is married to his wife Beatrice and has two children and one puppy. He enjoys being part of the Minuteman Press family.
Neil MacLeod – Regional Vice President - Vancouver/Western Canada
Neil MacLeod is a Vice President based out of our British Columbia Office, and he was promoted to his current position in December, 2003. Prior to his current title, he was an Area Manager since December 1999. He is responsible for assisting franchise owners in the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. From February 2, 1998 to December 1999, Neil was a Field Representative for Minuteman Press International. Prior to joining our company, Neil was a press-operator from September of 1997 until February of 1998 for a British Columbia firm. From October 1985 until September of 1997, Neil was a press-operator/manager for a printing and copying center in Ft. McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
Damien Neitzke – Area Manager - Southern California
Damien Neitzke is Area Manager for the Southern California region. Damien has an extensive background in the printing industry and he joined the Minuteman Press team in 2023.
Gary Nowak – Regional Vice President - Southern Ohio
Gary Nowak is our Regional Vice President assigned to our Columbus Regional Office. Gary is responsible for assisting our franchise owners in the States of Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Gary has been Regional Vice President in the Columbus Regional Office since January 2000. Before relocating to Ohio, Gary was our Pittsburgh based Regional Vice President from 1983 to the end of 1999. Prior to becoming Regional Vice President-Pittsburgh, Gary was a Field Representative for Minuteman Press International from June 1980 until December 1983.
Jack Panzer – Regional Vice President - Southwest Region (Arizona/Colorado)
Jack Panzer is currently Regional Vice President for the Southwest Region. Prior to being Regional Vice President, he was Area Manager for the region since August 2014. Prior to that move, Jack was Area Manager in Southern California. Jack has been with the company since December of 2002, when he began his career as a Field Representative working with franchise owners in southern California.
Erick Rios – Area Manager - Houston
Erick Rios is the Area Manager for the Houston region since 2021, providing crucial ongoing guidance and support to owners in the region.
Pete Scaglione – Regional Vice President - Dallas
Pete Scaglione is Regional Vice President based out of our Dallas Regional Office. Pete first joined Minuteman Press in April 2002 as a Field Marketing Representative in Texas, and was then promoted to Area Manager in Dallas in 2008. In February 2011, Pete became Regional Vice President, providing crucial support and guidance to franchisees in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Steve Szymanski – Regional Vice President - Midwest Region (Chicago/Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin)
Steve Szymanski is Regional Vice President for the Midwest Region, a position he has held since October 2020. Steve is an Illinois native who first joined Minuteman Press International in July 2010 as a Field Representative in the Midwest. In 2014, Steve was promoted to Area Manager for Southern California, where he spent six years before coming back home to the Midwest. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International, Steve spent 9 years working in the print and graphics industry. Today, he supports owners across the Midwest Region, providing crucial ongoing support and guidance.
Larry Trimble – Regional Vice President - Florida
Larry Trimble is the Regional Vice President assigned to our Florida office. Larry is responsible for assisting franchise owners throughout the State of Florida, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. Larry has been with the organization since August 1988.
John-Paul Upton – Area Manager - UK North
John-Paul Upton is the Area Manager for the UK North Region encompassing Scotland.
Frik Van Niekerk – Regional Vice President - South Africa
Frik Van Niekerk oversees the South African Regional office in Sandton, Johannesburg. He began his career in printing at AM International in the 1980s, and joined Minuteman Press as a Field Representative in 1998 providing ongoing support to franchise owners. In 2009, Frik was promoted to Regional Vice President, where he is responsible for the growth and development of business in South Africa.
Dave Walton – Regional Vice President - Southeast Region
Dave Walton is Minuteman Press International Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina Regional Office. The Southeast Region includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Eastern Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. Dave was a Field Support Representative for Minuteman Press from 1995-1999 in Seattle, and has been working in the Southeast Region from 1999-present.
Kevin Wittal – Regional Vice President - Toronto/Eastern Canada
Kevin Wittal is Minuteman Press Regional Vice President for Toronto/Eastern Canada. Kevin began his career in the printing industry when his parents purchased a Minuteman Press franchise in 1988. After working with his parents for several years he joined another Minuteman Press franchise in southern Ontario, working in the production and marketing departments. Shortly after leaving this operation, Kevin assumed the role of Field Representative for Minuteman Press in Eastern Canada and upstate New York, assisting the owners in this region in building their businesses. Kevin is currently the Regional Vice President for Minuteman Press in Eastern Canada, a position he was promoted to in January 2006. Prior to his current title he was Area Manager for Eastern Canada since 2004. He has been involved in the business associated with the franchise for over 17 years.
Bob Ylinen – Regional Vice President - Northern California
Bob Ylinen has been Northern California Regional Vice President based out of our San Francisco Area office since 2008. Prior to that promotion, Bob ran our St. Paul, Minnesota Regional Office since January 2000. Bob was promoted to Regional Vice President in 1998 and was assigned to our Michigan Office. Prior to his promotion and posting to Michigan, Bob was a Senior Technical Representative based out of our Southern California Regional Office. Before becoming a Senior Technical Representative, Bob was a Tech Rep, also based out of our Southern California Office. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International in 1991, Bob was Production Manager for Printco Enterprises from 1982 until 1991.
