Robert Titus – CEO
Bob Titus is Minuteman Press International CEO and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He is the son of company founder Roy Titus. Bob began his career with Minuteman Press at our very first store in Plainview, NY. He then went on to start up our prototype store in Farmingdale, New York.
Once Minuteman Press International began franchising, Bob was assigned increasingly responsible positions and responsibilities. He became a Regional Vice President and he opened and ran our Fort Lauderdale, Florida Regional Office. After a successful tenure in Florida, Bob was moved north where he then served as our Regional Vice President at our Mississauga Regional Office. After his Canadian tour of duty, Bob returned to the Home Office where he became the principal assistant to his father. Bob was also President of Minuteman Press International from 1995 to 2019.
Nick Titus – President
Nick Titus is Minuteman Press International President. Nick is the grandson of founder Roy Titus and son of Bob Titus. Nick started working at the Minuteman Press Home Office during summer and winter breaks throughout high school and college. After graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2007, Nick joined the Minuteman Press team full-time working in the franchise sales and marketing areas of the Company. Prior to being President, Nick was VP Marketing.
Michael Jutt – Executive Vice President & Director of Training
Mike is Executive Vice President & Director of Training of Minuteman Press International, having been promoted to Executive Vice President in 2003. Mike started his career with Minuteman Press in 1974 as a press operator in our Farmingdale location. Prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President, Mike was Vice President & Director of Training, and had held that title for over 25 years.
Mike is responsible for oversight of the training program administered at the Home Office, and was the recipient of numerous awards for the original design and implementation of the award winning training program. Mike is also responsible for the continuous updating and refinement of the training program so that it reflects the changing state-of-the-art in our industry.
In addition to his training related responsibilities, Mike is responsible for monitoring technical evolutions in our industry, in-house R & D, as well as vendor relationships. Over the decades, his advice has often served to turn marginal shops into successful and ever more profitable operations. He is well versed in all aspects of our industry, particularly in the sub-fields of marketing, production, pricing, equipment, as well as operational and shop financial management.
Stanley M. Katz – Chief Financial Officer-Secretary-Treasurer
Stanley is Chief Financial Officer of Minuteman Press International Incorporated and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He manages all financial aspects, including accounting and taxes, of Minuteman Press International Incorporated worldwide operations.
After earning his B.S. degree in accounting from Pace University in NYC, he worked in public accounting and became a partner in Leonard Pickard & Company, Certified Public Accountants, the outside accounting firm that handled all of Minuteman Press International Incorporated’s accounting and tax work. He came on board as a full time employee in 1990.
Gary Titus – Senior Vice President
Gary is Senior Vice President of Minuteman Press Int’l, Inc. and the youngest son of our founder, Roy Titus, and is also on the Board of Directors. Gary started working in the first two Minuteman Press locations during summer school breaks as early as 1975. After graduating in 1982, he went to work full time at our headquarters. He worked in various departments, including running our in-house print facility. He then worked as a marketing representative traveling to all of our Regional offices working with franchisees and their staff to help build their sales. He was made a Vice President in 1987 and promoted to Senior Vice President in 1996. Gary racked up the frequent flyer miles through the 1990’s and 2000’s while assisting with the administration of corporate sales activities around the globe. Gary’s focus has always been on the growth of our franchisees as well as the growth of our company.
Kevin Cooper – Vice President - Operations
Kevin came to Minuteman Press International in January 1993 after an extensive career with AM International. Kevin worked for Multigraphics from 1972 to 1990. He started as a Field Technician based in Manhattan, then was transferred to Washington, DC/Northern Virginia where he served from 1975 to 1977. Kevin returned to Long Island in 1977 as a Technical Specialist, then became Branch Manager at the tender age of 30.
Kevin joined Minuteman Press International in 1993 as an In-House Franchise Consultant. Kevin was promoted to Vice President in 1996. Effective January 1, 2003, Kevin was again promoted; this time to the position of Vice President-Operations, where he oversees all components of corporate operations.
Joseph Callihan – Vice President
Joe is currently Vice President. Joe has been with the company since its founding. Joe became a Vice President of Minuteman Press International Inc., in 1977.
Joe Durand – Vice President
Joe is a Vice President. He has been with the company since 1995, starting out as a Field Representative for 6 years in the Florida region. Due to his talent in this Field Representative position, he was promoted to National Support Specialist and subsequently relocated to the Home Office in Farmingdale, where he fulfilled this position for the following two years. During his early years at the Home Office, Joe was heavily involved with our successful Direct Mail program, and was promoted to Vice President in early 2004.
Prior to joining Minuteman Press International, Inc., Joe accumulated over 22 years of printing experience, in all aspects of printing and all phases of shop operations.
Jim Hill – Vice President
With over 20 years of industry experience, Jim started at Minuteman Press International in February 2000 as a Field Representative. In 2008 he was promoted to Area Manager providing field support for our Long Island stores, while also assisting with Store Evaluations in several other regions. In January of 2013, Jim was again promoted to Vice President to take on more responsibilities working with our owners around the nation.
Matt Peretz – Vice President
From 2012-2017, Matt Peretz was served as a Regional Vice President in both the St. Louis and Minnesota regions providing crucial support to franchise owners. In 2018, Matt was promoted to Vice President and now works out of the Minuteman Press Home Office in Farmingdale, NY. Matt started with Minuteman Press as a Field Support Representative in 2008. He started in the printing industry as a prepress technician at a CD/DVD replication company and also spent many years running a Commercial financing company specializing in SBA loans, as well as commercial real estate financing.
Jackie Titus – Controller
Jackie is the granddaughter of founder Roy Titus and daughter of Bob Titus. Jackie started working at the Home Office during summer and winter breaks throughout high school and college. After graduating from Quinnipiac University in 2009, Jackie joined the Minuteman Press team full-time working in the accounting department processing foreign royalties and foreign and domestic payables, and also does administrative functions with Minuteman Press International, Inc. In 2017, Jackie was promoted to Controller.
Kerry Lynn Prusi – Travel/Office Manager
Kerry joined Minuteman Press in 1983 as an Administrative Assistant, and in a few short years she was promoted to Travel/Office Manager. Kerry skillfully manages the travel arrangements for all Minuteman Press International employees as well as new franchise owners coming to training school. She also oversees Human Resources for the company.
David Scadin – Assistant Director of Training
Dave has been with the company since inception. Dave, in addition to being an accomplished trainer of all of our Minuteman Press and International Minute Press owners over the years, is an acknowledged expert in the graphic arts and in training. A highly versatile individual, David is equally adept in playing any one of his classic guitars, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of music of a variety of genres.
Pete Taglino – Assistant Director of Training
Pete first started with Minuteman Press in 1984 as a Press Operator at a Long Island franchise. In 2004 Pete was hired as the local Field Representative based out of the Home Office. After supporting the franchise owners in his area for 4 years, he was promoted to Co-Director of Training in 2008 and works alongside Dave Scadin in the Training Center. Additionally, Pete is a member of the Graphics Committee, and he also works with various vendors.
Edward B. (Woody) Ryder IV – Director of Public Relations/Gov’t Affairs
Woody is based at the Home Office. After an 8 year banking career, he came to the company to found the department he administers. Among other duties, Woody is the publisher-editor-and writer of The World of Minuteman. Woody also helps oversee the corporate Internet presence, monitors our logo use over the Internet, works with related Internet vendors, is a member of the marketing committee and graphics committee at World Headquarters, and also covers other assigned duties. As part of his responsibilities, Woody maintains relationships with various U.S. and foreign governmental executive and legislative personnel and works on political campaigns in his off hours while also maintaining an active presence in the communities and areas around the Home Office while using his fluency in French and Spanish as well.
His organizational affiliations are varied including current and past service as a member of the Board of Directors or Trustees of various charities, and memberships in community service, fraternal, historical, political, police, soccer and emergency response organizations as well as franchise related groups.
Jay Feldman – Managing Director of Finance and Audit
Jay is Managing Director of Finance and Audit for Minuteman Press International, Inc. Jay began at Minuteman Press International in August of 2008 after 22 years with IBM. His financial experience involves, but is not limited to treasury, financing, accounting, planning, pricing, auditing, taxation and forecasting. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the prestigious University of Chicago.
Terrance (Terry) Eberhardt – General Manager - MMP Supply Co.
Terry resides on Long Island with his wife Katie and two sons Jack and Patrick. Terry started with Minuteman Press International in September of 1994 as a printing press mechanic in the refurbishing department and was then promoted to Lead Mechanic in 2001. In 2017 he was promoted to General Manager of MMP Supply Co. Terry likes to play golf, go fishing, fix up old cars and work on his house.
Francene Hammel – Sales-MMP Supply Co.
Francene first started with Minuteman Press Supply in January 1998. She has over 30 years of sales experience. Her responsibilities are as a Customer Service Representative for all Minuteman Press franchises. She also works on the billing of the Internet Marketing Program. For the past 5 years, she has also been the Sales Representative for the World of Minuteman & for the Vendor Directory for our World Expos.
Brendan Reilly – Manager of Vendor Services
Brendan was first hired by Minuteman Press in October 1990, when he came on board to run the in-house printing facility at the Home Office. After about two years as our in-house printer, Brendan became a local Field Representative in 1992, and was then made Assistant Director of Training in 1993 & then Manager of Vendor Services in 2008. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International, Brendan, who holds a degree in Graphic Arts Technology from SUNY-Farmingdale, worked for eight years for a small commercial printing company based on Long Island.
Laurie Erickson – Administrative Assistant
Laurie joined Minuteman Press International, Inc. in 2005. She is mainly responsible for vendor relations and a variety of other duties relative to the operation of the training department under the direction of Mike Jutt. A graduate of the Gibbs Business Institute, this Long Island resident was a Paralegal for a prestigious law firm. Prior to this position, Laurie was a Claims Analyst for a medical insurance company.
Brian Sisti – Marketing Director
From earlier days as a summer temporary worker in our warehouse during high school, and as a full-time employee after attending Hofstra University, Brian began working full-time at World Headquarters in 2006. At first, Brian worked as a Marketing Representative serving Metro NY franchises. He was then promoted to Area Manager in 2014 for Long Island, assisting Long Island franchise owners in the growth of their business. In 2019, Brian was named Marketing Director.
Christopher Multari – Information Technology Manager
Chris joined Minuteman Press International in 2002 to help with the support and development of MSS2000, after earning his degree in Computer Science from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. In the years following, Chris has been heavily involved in the development, support, and deployment of FOCUS, FLEX, the Internet Marketing Program, and many other projects. In addition to the projects used by the Minuteman Press owners, Chris also manages the internal network, desktops, servers, and other I.T. infrastructure at the Minuteman Press Home Office.
Ed Denninger – Information Technology Developer
Ed joined Minuteman Press International in the spring of 2007. As a 10+ year member of the TCC Department, Ed works to develop and support the FLEX software system. Ed helped launch our Internet Marketing Programs, where he works to grow the online presence for our franchise owners through online marketing, email, and lead generation strategies. Ed is also involved in the maintenance, management, and integration of the internal IT systems at the Minuteman Press Home Office. Ed graduated from Drew University in Madison, NJ with a degree in Computer Science.
Tom Carnesi – National Support Specialist
Tom Carnesi previously served as Field Representative for the Long Island region. He was promoted to National Support Specialist in 2019, working closely with the Executive Team to provide crucial support throughout the Minuteman Press franchise system.
Regional Vice Presidents & Area Managers
Warrick Brody – Area Manager - NSW and QLD, Australia
Warrick became Area Manager for NSW and QLD, Australia in 2019. Previously, he was Field Representative.
Dan Byers – Regional Vice President - Southern California
Dan is a Regional Vice President responsible for franchise liaison with owners located in Southern California. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in January 2001. Previously he was a Marketing Representative for the franchise from August 1998 to December 2000. Before joining the corporation, he was involved with compliance issues in the NCAA at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas from January 1997 to August 1998, and was a Graduate Assistant Football Coach at UNLV from August 1995 until January of 1997. Dan is a graduate of Stanford University.
Keith Cawley – Regional Vice President - Heartland Region
Keith Cawley is Regional Vice President for the Heartland Region that runs from Minnesota through Missouri and North Dakota through Kansas. It also includes Southern Illinois and Western Tennessee. With ink in his veins since he was 16 years old, Keith began work as a press-operator at his father’s print shop. His skills improved over 14 years to the point where he operated his own print shop before moving on to a large commercial shop working on 6 and 7 color presses. That was before Keith applied for a position with Minuteman Press International in Washington, DC as a Field Representative, a position he assumed in February 2003. Keith previously was Regional Vice President in Minnesota from 2009-2012, and Regional Vice President for Atlanta from 2013-2017.
Glenn Coyle – Regional Vice President - Western & Southern Australia
With over 22 years of experience in the printing industry, Glenn started his career with Minuteman Press International in October of 2004. He did so as a Field Representative based in Sydney and looking after other parts of Australia including Queensland and Western Australia, and was subsequently promoted to his current position of Area Manager in December of 2010. Based out of our Perth Office, Glenn has worked to support franchise owners throughout Western Australia. In 2019, Glenn was named Regional Vice President.
Rich DeRosa II - Area Manager - Ohio
Rich attended the University of Akron studying graphic design and business administration. He joined Minuteman Press International in June 2015 as a Field Representative and was promoted to Area Manager in January 2019.
Jim Galasso – Regional Vice President - CT/NJ/NY (Greater Tri-State Area) and Upstate New York
Jim Galasso has spent his entire business career with Minuteman Press International Inc. He began his career back in 1973 as a press-operator in our first store with Bob Titus. He has consistently moved up the ranks, ultimately achieving his present position of Regional Vice President. Jim is responsible for supporting our franchise owners in Southwestern Connecticut, Westchester County-NY, upstate New York, and northern New Jersey.
Doug Harlan – Regional Vice President - Chicago
Doug is the Regional Vice President assigned to our Chicago Regional Office. Doug was a Field Representative for Minuteman Press International from April 1996 until December 1999. He was then Area Manager from December 1999 until August 2003, when he was promoted to Regional Vice President assigned to our Pittsburgh Office. In September 2010, Doug was transferred to our Chicago Regional Office where he has served ably ever since.
Mark Heath – Regional Vice President - Midlands UK
With over 28 years of experience in the printing industry, Mark started his career with Minuteman Press International in March 2005, He did so as a Field Representative, and was subsequently promoted to Area Manager in 2011 and Regional Vice President in 2019. Based out of our Manchester office, Mark has worked to support franchise owners throughout the Midlands up to the north of Scotland. Prior to joining Minuteman Press, Mark worked for his father's printing company, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of the printing industry from working on large Heidelberg offset presses, then moving into the finishing department and then finally onto the estimating and sales side of the business.
Bob Heimbuch – Regional Vice President - Mid-Atlantic and Pittsburgh, PA
Bob Heimbuch is the Regional Vice President assigned to the Baltimore Regional Office, and he has held that position since 2000. Immediately prior, Bob was the Vice President based out of our Regional Office in Slough, England; a position he held from 1997-2000. Bob is responsible for assisting our franchise owners located in Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pittsburgh / Western Pennsylvania. Prior to relocating to England, Bob was a Field Representative, based out of our Towson-Maryland Office. He served as a Field Representative from November 1990 to December 1996.
Richard Hornberger – Regional Vice President - Philadelphia
Rich Hornberger has over 30 years of experience in the printing industry and has held the position of Regional Vice President based out of Philadelphia since June 2015. Previously, Rich was Area Manager for the Northern New Jersey region, a position he held from January 2012 until May 2015. Prior to that post, Rich was a Field Representative for the company from June 2009 until December 2011. Prior to relocating to northern New Jersey, Rich held a variety of print/graphics related positions with a variety of firms in southwestern Florida, where he began his career in 1985. During that time, he also spent 10 years working at two Minuteman Press centers.
Mark Jones – Regional Vice President - South UK/London
With 20 years of experience in the printing industry, Mark started his career with Minuteman Press International in April of 2007. Working closely with his franchise owners as a Field Representative, he was subsequently promoted to his current position of Area Manager in January of 2012 and Regional Vice President in 2019. Based out of our UK South Regional Office, Mark has worked to support franchise owners throughout the United Kingdom.
Chris Jutt – Regional Vice President - Pacific Northwest
As of August 2016, Chris Jutt is Regional Vice President for the Pacific Northwest region. He is instrumental in growing the franchise business in WA, OR & ID. Previously, he was Area Manager for New South Wales and Queensland, Australia. In 2009, he began his career with Minuteman Press as a Field Marketing Representative, assisting franchise owners in New York.
Jayson Kraus – Area Manager - Pacific Northwest
Jayson joined Minuteman Press International, Inc., in March, 2006 as a Field Representative in Northwest covering the states of WA, OR & ID. His promotion to Area Manager was announced in January 2013. Jayson has worked in the printing industry since 1986 starting as a Design and Production artist. In 1989, Jayson bought Professional Printers and operated it for eight years before selling in 1997. After selling his shop, Jayson was buying and selling printing equipment. He then worked for a commercial shop as the Lead Estimator for the Sales team, and assisted the Production Manager before moving to the State of Washington and joining Minuteman Press.
Neil MacLeod – Regional Vice President - Vancouver/Western Canada
Neil is a Vice President based out of our British Columbia Office, and he was promoted to his current position in December, 2003. Prior to his current title, he was an Area Manager since December 1999. He is responsible for assisting franchise owners in the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. From February 2, 1998 to December 1999, Neil was a Field Representative for Minuteman Press International. Prior to joining our company, Neil was a press-operator from September of 1997 until February of 1998 for a British Columbia firm. From October 1985 until September of 1997, Neil was a press-operator/manager for a printing and copying center in Ft. McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
Gary Nowak – Regional Vice President - Ohio
Gary is our Regional Vice President assigned to our Columbus Regional Office. Gary is responsible for assisting our franchise owners in the States of Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Gary has been Regional Vice President in the Columbus Regional Office since January 2000. Before relocating to Ohio, Gary was our Pittsburgh based Regional Vice President from 1983 to the end of 1999. Prior to becoming Regional Vice President-Pittsburgh, Gary was a Field Representative for Minuteman Press International from June 1980 until December 1983.
Rich Panowitz – Area Manager - Houston
Rich joined Minuteman Press in May, 2006, first working out of the Ohio Regional Office. Rich was promoted to his current post of Area Manager in Houston in February 2011. Prior to relocating to Texas, Rich was a Field Representative in Michigan and northern Ohio. Before joining Minuteman Press, Rich started in printing back in his high school years when he worked for a competing franchise as part of a co-op program. Rich also worked at a small commercial shop as a press-operator when not also working as an Assistant Superintendent in the construction industry.
Jack Panzer – Regional Vice President - Arizona
In August, 2014, Jack was promoted to Area Manager of the Arizona/Colorado Region. Prior to that move, Jack was Area Manager in Southern California. Jack has been with the company since December of 2002, when he began his career as a Field Representative working with franchise owners in southern California.
Jeff Robey – Regional Vice President - Florida
Jeff is the Regional Vice President assigned to our Fort Lauderdale Office. Jeff is responsible for assisting franchise owners throughout the State of Florida, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Jeff has held his current position since July 1977. Prior to relocating to Florida in 1977, Jeff was a Manager for Minuteman Press International from July, 1976.
Ron Rubin – Regional Vice President - New England
Ron is a Regional Vice President assigned to our New England Office. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International Inc., Ron was a principal with the award winning weekly publication TV FACTS, and was responsible for the franchise sales and support of TV FACTS. Ron resides and works in Massachusetts. As Regional VP, Ron is responsible for working with our franchise owners in the New England States of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and eastern Connecticut.
Pete Scaglione – Regional Vice President - Dallas
Pete joined Minuteman Press in April 2002 as a Field Marketing Representative in Texas, and was then promoted to Area Manager in Dallas in 2008. In February 2011, Pete became Regional Vice President for the Texas Region, which encompasses Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Steve Szymanski – Area Manager - Southern California
Prior to becoming Area Manager for the Los Angeles Region in August 2014, Steve was a Field Representative based at our Chicago Regional Office from July of 2010 to 2014. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International, Inc., in July of 2010, Steve spent 9 years working in the print and graphics industry.
Frik Van Niekerk – Regional Vice President - South Africa
Frik Van Niekerk oversees the South African Regional office in Sandton, Johannesburg. He began his career in printing at AM International in the 1980s, and joined Minuteman Press as a Field Representative in 1998 providing ongoing support to franchise owners. In 2009, Frik was promoted to Regional Vice President, where he is responsible for the growth and development of business in South Africa.
Dave Walton – Regional Vice President - Southeast Region
Dave Walton is Minuteman Press International Regional Vice President for the Southeast Region based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina Regional Office. The Southeast Region includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Eastern Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. Dave was a Field Support Representative for Minuteman Press from 1995-1999 in Seattle, and has been working in the Southeast Region from 1999-present.
David Watson – Area Manager - Scotland
David is an Area Manager based out of our United Kingdom Office and covers the Northern UK region. He was promoted to his current position in 2012 after serving as a Field Representative since January 2009 where he assisted franchise owners in his region with building and promoting their businesses as well as marketing and technical support. David has over 23 years of industry experience, where he started off as a print finisher before moving on to become a press operator and also gained experience in design.
Kevin Wittal – Regional Vice President - Toronto/Eastern Canada
Kevin Wittal began his career in the printing industry when his parents purchased a Minuteman Press franchise in 1988. After working with his parents for several years he joined another Minuteman Press franchise in southern Ontario, working in the production and marketing departments. Shortly after leaving this operation, Kevin assumed the role of Field Representative for Minuteman Press in Eastern Canada and upstate New York, assisting the owners in this region in building their businesses. Kevin is currently the Regional Vice President for Minuteman Press in Eastern Canada, a position he was promoted to in January 2006. Prior to his current title he was Area Manager for Eastern Canada since 2004. He has been involved in the business associated with the franchise for over 17 years.
Bob Ylinen – Regional Vice President - Northern California
Bob has been a Regional Vice President, based out of our San Francisco Area office since 2008. Prior to that promotion, Bob ran our St. Paul, Minnesota Regional Office since January 2000. Bob was promoted to Regional Vice President in 1998 and was assigned to our Michigan Office. Prior to his promotion and posting to Michigan, Bob was a Senior Technical Representative based out of our Southern California Regional Office. Before becoming a Senior Technical Representative, Bob was a Tech Rep, also based out of our Southern California Office. Prior to joining Minuteman Press International in 1991, Bob was Production Manager for Printco Enterprises from 1982 until 1991.
